Post-graduate studies including Lymphatic Drainage, Aromatherapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone & Kinesiology t Therapeutic Taping. She has a Certificate in Evidence- Based Acupuncture from McMaster University. When Linda is not at the clinic doing treatments she loves spending time with her 3 amazing children & family. The whole family are very active, health & fitness-oriented and enjoy many activities together, such as snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, camping canoe trips, fitness training, going to concerts & taking trips to the Caribbean. Anthony graduated from Queen’s University with his Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2022. Prior to his physiotherapy studies, Anthony completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology with an option in Leadership from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2020. Born and raised in Hamilton, Anthony grew up playing a variety of competitive sports such as football, soccer and rugby. In fact, his physiotherapy journey began as a patient following ACL surgery. Through his rehabilitation, Anthony became fascinated by the profession. He thought it would be great to help people from all backgrounds and activity levels get back to doing the things they love. Anthony’s goal is to help others understand their injuries, while empowering individuals to lead an active lifestyle so they can participate in the activities they enjoy without having fear. He strives to create an individualized treatment plan involving exercise, education, and manual therapy to help his patients meet their goals and return to feeling their best. Outside of work, you can find Anthony exercising, playing spikeball with friends, exploring new restaurants, spending time with family, and cheering on our Tigercats. Favourite Book – Friday Night Lights by H.G. Bissinger Favourite Movie – Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Anthony wanted to be an Elf before pursuing a career in physiotherapy. Nicole’s passion for physiotherapy stems from a love for science and a passion for health. Nicole completed her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with minors in Biology and Chemistry in 2020 and her Master of Science in Physiotherapy in 2022. She is excited to now be sharing her passion with Hamiltonians every day. Nicole can be found outdoors when not in the clinic, whether exploring new trails or trying out a new sport. Most recently she has been learning to golf through the summer and snowboard through the winter. Nicole takes this desire to always learn and applies it to her practice by staying updated on recent research and taking additional courses to advance her skillset. Ultimately, Nicole strives to work in collaboration with her patients to help them achieve their goals.

Dr. Marc’s mission is to find out what is causing your pain or discomfort, relieve the pain and get you back doing what you love to do! He believes that each patient deserves individualized, quality care to help them achieve their goals. He does this with a combination of clinical knowledge and evidence-based research to deliver quality hands-on care, education and active rehab.

Dr. Marc has a particular interest in low back pain, neck pain, hip pain, TMJ and headaches. Marc believes in pain management and optimizing human potential through nutrition, sleep, exercise and positive relationships.

Marc completed his Doctor of Chiropractic at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph in 2014. During his clinical year in chiropractic school, he was one of 12 students selected to do an outreach in the Dominican Republic, treating over 80 different conditions in 10 days.

When not in the clinic, Marc enjoys exercising, learning new things and being with others. He has completed 4 Half-Ironman triathlons and intends to complete two more in 2021. While attending the University of Guelph, he played centre defence for the Guelph Gryphon’s varsity soccer team and was a two-time Academic All-Canadian.

Katie graduated from the University of Toronto with her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2012. Prior to this, she studied Kinesiology at Sir Wilfred Laurier University. Born and raised in Hamilton, Katie has spent her career working with clients in the Greater Hamilton Area. As a competitive athlete, Katie developed a passion for rehabilitating injuries after receiving physiotherapy treatment for a knee injury. Katie has a passion for working with clients to return to sport/every day activities. Katie has pursued additional courses in medical acupuncture, manual therapy, taping and continues to update her clinical knowledge through postgraduate courses. In her spare time you can catch up with Katie in the gym, on the ice or on a baseball diamond, as she enjoys playing sports with family and friends.

Maria Kandilas is a Registered Massage Therapist and Athletic Therapist.

Maria graduated in 2023 from the Ontario College of Health and Technology with a diploma in Massage Therapy and is currently registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated in 2022, from York University with an honours degree in Kinesiology and a certificate in Athletic Therapy. Maria has been working with patients at the Orthopaedic Centre for over a year as a Certified Athletic Therapist and has successfully treated many of the area’s high school athletes and members of the Hamilton Tiger Cats. Maria works closely with every patient to customize a focused plan to reduce and prevent pain using a wide variety of soft tissue techniques. Maria also draws from her Athletic Therapy background to incorporate stretches and exercises to improve outcomes and enhance the care that she provides to her patients. When she is not at the clinic, Maria spends her time hiking and trying out new restaurants with her friends.

Ryan graduated from Queen’s University in Kingston with his Masters of Physical Therapy in 2014. Prior to this, he studied Kinesiology at The University of Western Ontario. Ryan was born and raised in London, Ontario and now lives in Hamilton. He has pursued additional courses and training in manual therapy, lumbar and thoracic spine manipulations, therapeutic taping and contemporary medical acupuncture. Ryan is committed to returning his patients to an optimal and enhanced level of functioning. Ryan also works with McMaster University as a PT admission assessor and regularly mentors PT students.

Erin graduated in 2000 from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology. In 2003, she graduated with honors from Sheridan College with a diploma in Sports Injury Management during which time she completed a year internship in the CFL with the Hamilton Tiger Cats Football Club.

Erin has been an Athletic Therapist for many competitive sports teams including: the University of Western Ontario’s Football team and women’s basketball team, Guelph University’s men’s hockey team, and the Columbus Landsharks of the National Lacrosse League.

In 2009, she graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology with a diploma in Massage Therapy and in 2010 become a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Erin has taken educational courses in Muscle Energy, Soft Tissue Release, Neurokinetic Therapy and Cupping.

Erin spends most of her spare time at the rink with her two daughters who play competitive hockey. She loves being on the bench with their teams as the trainer.
